The Bellevue Thun project embodies the vision of a sustainable townhouse developed by Concepts. The plans include public uses in the base area, office and commercial uses on the upper floors and around 70 apartments, which will be realized by means of an extension in timber construction. The former Swisscom building from 1978 will be partially demolished, converted, completely renovated and re-let. The high architectural and urban planning quality of this transformation process was ensured through a study contract.
